Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Leh (Acclimatization Day)
- Arrive in Leh and check into the hotel
- Rest for the day to acclimatize to the high altitude (11,500 ft)
- Explore Leh Market, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Palace in the evening
- Overnight stay in Leh
Day 2: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (125 km | 5-6 hrs)
- Collect your bike in the morning and start your ride towards Nubra Valley
- Cross Khardung La Pass (18,379 ft) – the highest motorable road in the world
- Reach Diskit Monastery, visit the 108-feet Maitreya Buddha
- Explore Hunder Sand Dunes and opt for a double-humped camel ride (optional)
- Overnight stay in Nubra Valley
Day 3: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok Route (160 km | 6-7 hrs)
- Ride through the beautiful Shyok River route towards Pangong Lake
- Enjoy the breathtaking views and offbeat trails
- Reach Pangong Lake (14,270 ft) – a mesmerizing high-altitude lake
- Relax by the lake and capture stunning photographs
- Overnight stay in Pangong (camps by the lake)
Day 4: Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La Pass (170 km | 6-7 hrs)
- Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise at Pangong Lake
- Ride back to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,688 ft)
- Visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace en route
- Overnight stay in Leh
Day 5: Leh – Sham Valley Ride & Local Sightseeing (100 km round trip)
- Ride towards Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and Sangam (Indus-Zanskar confluence)
- Visit the Hall of Fame Museum (Indian Army Museum)
- Evening free for shopping in Leh Market
- Overnight stay in Leh
Day 6: Departure from Leh
